According to MY lawyer, it seems they have the right to take all the former material off the web page and even to forbid me from using the phrase "Hawk Radio". However, they do NOT have the right to steal the domain name that I paid for.

I want to thank all the people who have expressed their pleasure with the entertainment I have tried to provide in the past. Please watch this space for further news as it pertains to the native music scene.
